This is an English translation for convenience. The service is directed exclusively at businesses (Unternehmer within the meaning of § 14 BGB). In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

2. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When the pages are accessed, the server automatically processes technically necessary data (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Any transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Fonts are served locally from our own server; no external font services (e.g. Google Fonts) are embedded.

3. Language Detection (Geolocation)

To select the appropriate language version, our server evaluates the country code provided by the hosting infrastructure, which is derived from your IP address. Only the country code is processed; the IP address is not stored in this context. Your language choice is stored solely in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a user-friendly presentation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

4. Analytics (Vercel Analytics)

We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated analysis of site usage. No cookies are set and no profiles of individual visitors are created; the data collected does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation and improvement of our offering (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

5. Contact Form

If you complete the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, and optionally company and message) in order to handle your enquiry. For immediate notification, these details are forwarded to us via the messaging service Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). There is no EU Commission adequacy decision for the UAE; the transfer therefore takes place on the basis of your enquiry and for the performance of pre-contractual measures. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR. If you wish to avoid this transfer, please contact us directly by email.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies or statutory retention periods expire. Enquiries submitted via the contact form are deleted once they have been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Cookies

This website does not set any tracking or marketing cookies and does not embed any cookie-based analytics tool. Your language choice is stored solely in your browser's local storage (localStorage); this is not a cookie and the value is not transmitted to us.

8. Data Security

Transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS. We apply security measures in line with the current state of the art.
